I’m now fairly certain this is just an alternate drawing of SOLARIA or perhaps the plushie-inspired one, and not the new Piaf voicebank. However, I’m dead certain the new voicebank will be Piaf-inspired.

The idea of a voice in the style of “Edith Piaf” is something I first put forward maybe about a year ago. At the time, I was thinking: Eclipsed Sound had released the first Spanish voice (Saros), introducing that language into the SynthV ecosystem, under the supervision and technical support of Dreamtonics. I then assumed—probably incorrectly—that Dreamtonics would go on to introduce new Asian languages, while Eclipsed Sound would handle Western languages, in a sort of division of work between the two companies.
So I asked myself: if Americans (Eclipsed Sound) were to create a French voice, what type of voice would they produce? Given that, at the time, they were mentioning the upcoming release of a voice aimed at “oldies”-style music on the one hand, and considering the fascination Edith Piaf generated among American GIs during the liberation of France in 1944 on the other, I thought it could be that kind of voice.
In the end, they released REMMANT, a voice aimed at “oldies”-style music, but in English.
The “Edith Piaf” scenario, while still possible, now seems less likely since French has been released by Dreamtonics… Time will tell!!

but the warm unique-genre voice clue still sounds like “Piaf” to me.
