A script for British English pronuncication

Currently, this script deals only with the R-dropping in the R-colored vowels, namely the NURSE, START, NORTH, FORCE, and LETTER vowels (but not NEAR, SQUARE, and CURE vowels). I hope I’d be able to improve this script upon future SynthV releases.

Now this script acknowledges the R-dropping in the NEAR, SQUARE, and CURE vowels also, taking advantage from the German phoneme :6.

Just overhauled the script, taking advantage of the new feature of X-Sampa phoneme borrowing, introduced in SynthV 2.3.0b1.
