also separate Japanese dental n from Spanish alveolar n
and separate Voiced alveolar approximant (like in “red”) from Voiced non-rhotic alveolar approximant (like in 此) as these sounds do not sound at all similar.
these changes would greatly reduce foreign accent spillovers
and I feel like the lisp from 2.3.0tp1 worsened… except LIAM who was the best then is still the best now and perfected the german R sound. LIAM is still Trash on other uvulars like X
