Hi there, when I first bought Synthesizer V (not version 2), I made many purchases of different voice banks. At that time, I had the serial # for everything and managed to successfully install and use.
After reformatting my PC earlier last week, I wanted to reinstall Synth V along with my voice banks, only to see that the serial #s of the past orders I have made no longer appear on my dashboard. I submitted a request a while back but to no avail!
I do not think I will purchase version 2 and any further products from this company as I have lost everything I purchased!
presumably you checked your emails for the original v1 serial numbers? all my v1 serial numbers (except Mai) are in my emails. being lazy, at some point i copied them into a text file so i don’t have to search for them. and now, since i registered those same serial numbers into the product dashboard, i can install them easily into the v2 SV pro, and also did the upgrades as well.
definitely worth looking at your emails to see if the serial #'s are there. and if not, i’d suggest reaching out to the support team. i’ve found they are very responsive lately.

Indeed, I was not proactive enough to copy-paste the serials into a Text file.
Having the need to clear my Inbox for more storage, I removed all e-mails from prior to 2024 (my order was in 2023).
For many plugin companies (not all), it has become increasingly easy to simply enter your login credentials the first time you run the plugin and off you go. So I became sloppy with keeping records.
I spent close to $1,500 on the software + many voice packs. It’s a bit of a gut punch.
I reached out to the team so hopefully I will hear back soon.
The Dreamtonics team got back to me and sent me all my serial #s !
