Problem logging in to Dreamtonics Account Web Page

Hi, I recently paid for the Synth V 2 and Solaria 2 upgrade. While trying to register the products the login page stopped working. The page continually refreshes causing the email and password fields to blink and I cannot enter any login details. The fields are populated with my email and a ******** password but the LOGON button doesn’t work. That’s on my desktop and its exactly the same on my laptop. All other websites are fine!

I did email Dreamtonics about it getting on for two weeks ago but apparently they are too busy. While I’m waiting I was hoping some one here might have a solution.

Do you have anything like a pop-up blocker running?

I just logged on with laptop (Win11 Pro) and desk machine (Win10 Enterprise) with no problems so it can’t be their server at fault.

It might help if you cleared the cache and cookies, etc on your browser and tried again?

I just logged on to test it. Worked fine for me.

Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, I have a pop-up blocker and everything worked fine until I tried to register the upgrade. I will try disabling the blocker though.

I cleared cache and cookies, also disabled popup blocker. Everything seems to be working now.
