I really like this and had not heard Etta before. (at least in this context and genre - similar to my own)
The guitars are pretty hot in this song - so in spots the vocal dips below their level. and is just a bit harder to hear, Compression or riding levels might help. YMMV

I too feel like the vocals are often overpowered by the instruments.
