Loss of sync after editing a note

I have a cubase session with a V2 pro track (ARA Bridge). The track has two singers. I’m about 100 bars into the song, and every time I edit a note in one of the voices, that area falls out of sync. To bring it back into sync I have to take the group that the note is associated with a slide it beyond the end of the song and then back to it’s correct position. I’ve never seen a sync problem like this before.

a me è successo ma poi ho scoperto che avevo delle note in mute. Quando le ho cancellate tutto è tornato a posto.

Thank you! I do indeed have muted notes, something I’ve never had in my prior projects.
