Logic Pro 11 ARA bridge fail. Anyone know how to fix?

I am trying to use Synth V on a software instrument track inside Logic Pro 11. I receive a fail message. I have the most up-to-date Synth V Studio version. I am at a loss what to do. Please help?

Unfortunately, for now you have to run Logic pro 11 in “Rosetta Mode” and what you get is still “ARA Bridge” , not fully ARA. It’s just enough to have the right tempo changes (and nothing more) running SynthesizerV as plugin in logic.

That is unfortunate. Has anyone heard anything about when Synth V will run natively on Apple silicon (that is, WITHOUT needed Rosetta Mode)?

It runs quite well on Mac silicon.
Only ARA not yet supported, like all other ARA-capable plugins, say Melodyne as well.

As @AleDzMusicProd said Logic doesn’t yet (again) support ARA, It’s not Dreamtonics it is Apple.

I don’t believe that is correct. Apple supports ARA and ARA Bridge. Synthesizer V only supports ARA Bridge.

nope. Apple requires you to use Rosetta mode. same as Melodyne and other ARA products which are not supported properly by Apple, Pro Tools, some DAWs etc.

Synth V ARA mode works perfectly in Sonar (for example).

The fact is that by now I own some some ARA Plugins like SynthesizerV, Melodyne, rePitch (by synchro Arts) and others. No one works till I start Logic in Rosetta Mode. Hope it is clear for all .

Edited:
I know that on my machine they all work on Reaper and Studio One , but not in Logic if it is not set in Rosetta Mode.

So Synth V ARA still works on Intel hardware? Like my ancient 2019 iMac…

I never tried on Intel but I think yes.
Although it still will not be fully ARA, we have the ARA Bridge Mode in logic that only affects tempo changes.

I haven’t used Synth V for several months as I am relocating. But used it for songs earlier this year. And yes, I understand that in Logic it is only a limited implementation of ARA. Tempo changes worked quite well. Not perfect and 100% reliable but acceptable.
