Hello everyone!
As far as I am aware, whenever I have opened a .svp from SV1, the tuning data (tension, breathiness, pitch deviation and gender) has always stayed intact when it was opened in SV2 which is very useful if you are a creator sharing your tuning with another creator to render with an updated voice or simply you prefer tuning in SV1.
However, there has been MANY times I have had to rely on the Basic version of SynthV to do my tuning for UTAU voices and personally, it irks me that there is NO way for me to keep my data when I save my file as a .svp (sv1 ver.) and then convert it into a .ustx file.
I have tested it many times and I can confirm that it is not a conversion error on UtaFormatix’s part (as I have tested it SV2 to SVB and NO tuning data is saved) and rather it is the fault of the way the SV2 engine exports data.
I am very avid about Synthesizer V 2, but the inability to port my tuning and thus having to modify my workflow makes me wonder if I made a mistake and I should have bought SynthV 1 instead…
