How to deactivate

I reset my computer and I can no longer deactivate the software. What can I do?

You cannot deactivate? If this is a new install then surely it needs to be reactivated?
Your SynthV licence should allow for three simultaneous activations to cover computer failures etc. Some voice providers have different conditions for simultaneous licences but all seem to have sorted out problems like this in the past, I don’t remember anybody reporting otherwise.

Well, Dreamtonics Support Team have investigated my order information and successfully reset the codes. So it works now.
