Our Community Moderators

Community Moderators are volunteers working with Dreamtonics to assist fellow users on the forum. They are not Dreamtonics employees and are not obligated to respond to every kind of inquiry. They will, however, be in frequent communication with us to provide feedback on the forum and identify areas where we can improve.

For feature requests and bug reports, please do not send them to Community Moderators. Please submit a ticket to Dreamtonics instead via our support email address below.

What We’ll Do to Keep Things Safe

We will investigate and take action if we encounter any violations of our terms. We could use your help too, so if you spot something off, do let us know.

Creating Your Account

To access parts of our forum, you will need to create an account. You may close your account at any time by emailing us. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so keep that password secure.

Your Contributions

Anything you share in this forum is assumed yours and your responsibility. You decide who gets to use your content, but by sharing, you’re also giving us permission to help share your content with others on the platform.

Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late

If anything goes wrong with your account, contact us immediately.

Disclaimer

By being here, you accept all risks possible from using this forum. As far as the law allows, Dreamtonics and its suppliers provide the forum as is, without any warranty whatsoever.

This forum may hyperlink to and integrate forums and services run externally, but we do not make any warranty about services run by others, or content that they may provide. Use of services run by others may be governed by other terms between you and the ones running the services.

Limits on Liability

Neither Dreamtonics nor its suppliers will be liable to you for breach-of-contract damages their personnel could not have reasonably foreseen when you agreed to these terms.

Ending Our Agreement

Either you or Dreamtonics can end this agreement at any time. When this happens, your access to the forum will also end, but some parts of this agreement will still apply.

Dispute Resolution

If any issues come up, we’ll work together to resolve them. Most disputes will be handled through good ol’ human mediation, but you may seek legal help if necessary.

General Terms

If we decide that something in these terms isn’t enforceable, we’ll modify it to fit the community’s needs as we see fit. Your agreement can’t be transferred, but we can transfer ours if needed.

Let’s Stay in Touch

Your feedback is always welcome—feel free to reach out to us at support@dreamtonics.com for any inquiries or concerns. We’ll communicate with you via the email you provided, or through messages in this forum.

Updates to These Terms

We’ll keep you informed about updates as much as possible, but it is your responsibility to stay in the know. Using the forum means that you agree to the most current terms.

And that’s all, really. Above all else, just be kind and have common sense. Thank you for being part of our community, and please enjoy your time here.
