there’s a very noticeable noise, sort of a flanging white noise, in the contrabass instrument. Even stronger than the fundamental, is it something that the team will look into? Or am I the only one having this?

Is there even a support team active on this forum? They’ve been rather quiet, poor customer service.

They do check the forums. But they’re not active as far as I’m aware. They have responded to posts before but the best way to let them know of any issue is through their support page found on their Contact Page.
