For those wondering
The user dictionaries are located in /AppData/Roaming\Dreamtonics\Synthesizer V Studio 2\dicts\ and then mandarin-xsampa or english-arphabet etc
old V1 dicts work too

This was useful! On macOS it’s in ~/Library/Application Support/Dreamtonics/Synthesizer V Studio 2/dicts/.
