I’m not familiar with the original, but a couple of things struck me while listening.
One particular lyric is being mispronounced I believe. At 1:30, then again around 3:15 and 3:35 the word “tear” is used. It comes out with the vowel sound like the word “hair”, whereas it ought to be, I assume, like the word “here”. Since “tear” (from your eye) and “tear” (as in a rip) have the same spelling SynthV just doesn’t know what’s right. You’ll probably need to manually edit the phonemes on that lyric.
Also I feel like the Breathiness setting comes on a bit strong and constant throughout the piece. IMHO it might be more effective if you modulated the Breathiness level up or down depending on the lyrics.
In general though, the song comes across well, and the video is interesting.
