Here’s another re-do from a couple of years ago. Originally done with Solaria. I definitely think there’s more dynamic emotion from Aurielle, perhaps pointing to a more refined learning of the voice these days… maybe??? Again, not really much done with the track other than convert from SV v1 to v2, change the lead vocal from Solaria to Aurielle (no conversion data brought over, so pitch-wise this is all Aurielle) and mess about with vocal modes and loudness parameter a bit. This one is more upbeat pop kind of thing, so a bit of a different style to my last posting. Could use a bit of refinement in the mix! You hear about golden ears. I’ve just got old ears. And tinnitus.
Great sound and groove! Aurielle works really well here. There are several places, though, where the voice timing feels unnaturally forced to keep the vocals tied tightly to the music timing. Seems like they could have a more relaxed delivery to get a more natural feel. The signature “best about a dream” is one of those lines, but also, for instance, around 1:38, “just figured out what I knew” catches my ear. All that said, it’s a cool track!
Hi, the song is really good. The instruments groove and its fun to listen. But Aurielle doesn‘t groove. She is singing like she had the text in front the first time. So the voice and the music is excellent but Aurielle has to feel the music, the pronounciation the groove. I.e. sometimes shorter or softer …
I would really love to hear next version with groovy Aurielle
Thank you for the review; now your song. Nice song! It’s all in my mind, though the singing sounds more realistic when I close my eyes, and I’m not reading the subtitle lyrics. If I heard this on the radio, and had never heard the song before, I’d probably think the vocals were real, and not wonder if they are AI. Though there was one spot where the syllables seem kind of crammed together on second listen, listening very carefully.
