Dreamwonics has said “before the launch day (March 21st, 2025), Mai will be added to all accounts of users who own a license for Synthesizer V Studio Pro version 1”.
Where will Mai be added? I now have at least 2 accounts, Product Manager and Store account. Will I receive an email with an activation code?
I wish they would be more clear in their explanation!

She will not work unless you have SynthV Pro but the link is easy to find with Google…

If you are referring to any ‘upgraded version’ then please bide your time to see what happens, the tiny gang at Dreamtonics will no doubt be working flat out to hit deadlines and reply to a million enquiries.

Yes, I have downloaded Mai months ago BUT that voice is NOT currently listed in either of my Dreamtonics accounts and they have said it will be added in order for the upgraded Mai 2 to be purchased. I wish they would be more clear in their explanations!

I have also had Mai for ever and she isn’t in my account yet either.
Maybe, being a free voice for all SynthV1 owners it can be taken for granted that we all have it.
Maybe, instead of updating Mai you would want to opt for a different voice and leave Mai as she currently is, A v1 voice.
Well, Dreamtonics has said Mai will be upgraded to Mai 2 and that we can upgrade the voice! So why would I want to keep the old one? I prefer to choose Liam as my included one and then upgrade Mai to v2 along with my other 6 voices.
