Assuming the Dreamtonics staff arrives at the office in Tokyo on March 21 at 9 AM local time, it will be 1 AM in Europe, while in New York, it will still be March 20 at 8 PM, and in Los Angeles, it will be March 20 at 5 PM. So, the question is, at what time will this update be made? Depending on the time, for residents of Europe and America, it might be in the middle of the night (the same goes for Africa, by the way!), or the evening of March 20 (so tonight).
