Every time I launch the vocflex plugin it asks for the activation code. After entering it, there is no sound coming from the plugin. I’m on a Macbook Pro M1.
The next time i launch the plugin it is the same. Enter the activation code…
Another strange thing is that under my account on the the Dreamtonics site, my products. Vocoflex doesn’t show up.
Please help?
I just moved to a new Mac and all I had to do was to enter the activation code again.
Are you sure you have only one account at Dreamtonics?

Existing customers - especially NEW customers should be first in line. Otherwise they might want a purchase return…
maybe we should try to do the passport identification again… but even deactivating vocoflex is not working, because it says invalid activation code… so this is probably useless…

Same here. Mac M2Pro. I bought the Synth V2 Vocoflex bundle and having difficulties with Bothe products. I used Synth V1 for years and it was really good. This new experience has me wondering what happened to Dreamtonics. This new stuff isn’t working elegantly. HELP!!! do they respond to this forum or is this just for users to bitch and share?
I think this forum would be a great place for Dreamtonics to make som kind of statement about this problem. Much more efficient than individual emails. Once they see that multiple persons have the same problem, they might be able to do that.
It is working now. There was no vocoflex file in my users library application support:
The vocoflex setup does not create it !!! I ran it several times and it does not create it.
I generated it on an older computer und copied it there: now it works

I got a mail from the support asking for a list of files related to vocoflex and permissions. I can see the same on my system. No files in users library application support for vocoflex. This is my first time installation however, so I have to wait for the support to fix the problem.

Thank you @peterpathos that is the solution to both the activation code appearing each launch and for me, Vocoflex working at all.
For Mac users, create a folder in your application support Dreamtonics folder
/Users/youruser/Library/Application\ Support/Dreamtonics/Vocoflex
You can run this command to make it from terminal
mkdir -p ~/Library/Application\ Support/Dreamtonics/Vocoflex
Once that path exists, it will be able to write the license file out and actually save your settings
Strange, it doesn’t work for me. I created the folder, but no setting file is being written to it…
