V2 Upgrade - What a mess!

Starting from the very first item in the list it’s been a complete failure for me so far - " 1. Download Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro from this page.

“This page” didn’t have any link to download - or any product in the product manager. Maybe this is because I purchased V1 (and Natalie 1) via DLSite? But it also doesn’t show my Vocoflex which was purchased direct on Dreamtonics.

I was able to download V2 from the trial page, but it still just bounces me back to the empty “my products” window. I can see the V2 Upgrade order and V1 Voice Upgrades I purchased in my store account history (as well as Vocoflex) - but not in the product manager.

I asked in advance if ALL V1 licenses were eligible regardless of where they are purchased (DLSite) and was led to believe this would work, but so far it doesn’t look like it. There is nowhere to enter an activation code for in app authorization.

Add Product button in the upper right corner. A window will appear to enter the code you received from any store. That’s what happened to me.

Ahhhh, OK it’s just a bizarre UI and inadequate instructions. You first have to manually add your old/original license code (using add product) - which in turn adds the license/product into your Product Manager list.

Seems to be working - this should solve it and hopefully add a working V2 along side a working V1 in the event V2 isn’t preferred!

THANKS!

These are inadequate instructions?

How to access the version 2 voices?

  1. You will need to first create a Dreamtonics account and log into your Product Manager.
  2. Register your existing version 1 products to your account by clicking “Add Product” and enter the activation code.
  3. Now, you will be able to select the version 1 voices for an upgrade.
  4. For Dreamtonics voices, the price of the upgrade depends on the number of voices you have selected for an upgrade. Please refer to the table in the next section.
  5. Upon purchasing the upgrade, you will receive an upgrade code.
  6. Click “Add Product” again, enter the activation code and you will be able to apply the upgrade to your version 1 voices.

Thank you. I’m in the same boat!
