Unable to download voicebanks

I have no idea why it’s not working. I’ve only been able to successfully download Teto and Renri. For all other banks, both SV1 and SV2, its the same issue.

I clink on the cloud in the application. Click the bank I want to download; Start the download; loading bar goes by and it completes saying the bank has been downloaded and installed but nothing changes. It just shows that the bank still needs to be downloaded. I tried downloading a trial voicebank and that works but not the actual voicebanks I own???

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my computer, but still nothing. I’ve contacted Dreamtonics and have heard nothing back from them and have no idea how to get this fixed.

Do you have a pop-up blocker?
If so, try disabling it and then download the voice bank again.

I tried it, even turned off my firewalls, still nothing ;m;

The same question happens on my computer.
I try it everyday, but always cant download.
How to resolve it?

I have never seen an app or company behave this way. It’s like a crap shoot. They released a buggy app with many updates each of which still has major issues but they won’t accomodate the customers for this other than refunds.

@KidQuality I take it you have registered your voices? Also it might be helpful if you specify what OS and browser you are using as well as which voices this occurs with.
