I found the update to be very straightforward and easy. I also appreciate the fact that I can use both version 1 and version 2 in the same Logic Pro session.
It seems i can’t use the software without being online? How do i get a refund?
I found the upgrade to be complex and confusing. Lots of steps involving the new Product Manager on the website to set up old voices in new system. Then I had to separately purchase some voices from Eclipsed even though I originally bought them from Dreamtonics. And then, after ordering I had to return to Product Manager and input activation codes. Then I had to install Synth 2 and access the Product Manager again from inside Synth 2 in order to download voices. Also, the link to video tutorials is not working and the user guide is not fully updated. The most complex and confusing upgrade I have ever experienced!

Turns out you can register the software to run on a single offline computer. In a menu under licensing. My day has been a roller-coaster of emotions. Release day could have been better
