Where can I find a link to pre-order Synthesizer V 2 Pro Pre-order at the upgrade offer price? I do have the Synthesizer V Pro version 1.

The only links I can find are to pre-order at the full price and not at the offer price. My present version is registered in my account together with all the voices I have. The voices I have all show the pre-order offer price but not the Synth V 2.
