Hi. Great, I think so, because I don’t know Italian, but it sounds like Italian :). How did you do it. Can I find some help on how to add a language? Can you do it with anyone? Thanks
With Asterian, Alessandro also mastered Czech through Spanish. With Asterian II - some words are now completely silent in version 2 of the synthesizer and that is probably what some users write here, that some phonemes for Spanish have changed. I haven’t had time to investigate it further yet. Otherwise, great work, Alessandro.

You can’t add languages.
You simply have to combine the phoneme of the languages that are inside SynthesizerV finding the nearest option for yours.

Yes, great work! that matters the more because Eclipsed Sounds is bringing out an operatic singer in Spanish. This has been another disappointment for me, since Spanish surely is more widely spoken than Italian, but not really important in classical music. So now you demonstrate that it’s at least possible to transform Spanish into more than acceptable Italian.
@ AleDzMusicProd I managed to do a few words in my language, great fun :). I got the gist of it. I also saw a script for Italian. That would be a base for me. Where do I copy the script files so that it works in Synth V? Thanks

@ AleDzMusicProd - I’ve only just now come to the point where I’ve discovered that Asterian doesn’t sing some notes for me and I can’t hear them. I have version 2.02 and I update quite regularly. However, the error was obvious at first glance and easily fixed. It occurred when I swapped Asterian I in its synthesizer track with Asterian II, so the notes that didn’t sound were converted from Spanish to Korean through this process. This error made me smile and also made me think. The new version was created by Dreamtonics with great effort and belief that their path is the right one and it is the way that is necessary to move forward. Even though the path is thorny and there are mistakes that lead to disagreements between them and us and also disagreements between ourselves, it has a direction full of sincerity and, as I feel, leads in the right direction given our innate imperfection. The creator’s imperfection leads to improving artificial intelligence and somewhat taking away the opportunity for us humans to realize ourselves as we would like (the case of manual mode). But it is fair that we have this mode available in version 1 without restrictions. And there is a possibility in the future that it will be fine-tuned to an ideal state. So, on my behalf, I thank Dreamtonics for their beautiful work and I keep my fingers crossed for them to continue the journey they have begun.
I have experimented extensively with different languages by combining English and Spanish phoneme sets in Solaria, Natalie and Kevin which I think have the best potential to “perform” classical music.

Remarkable! Makes me think about trying similar stuff. I think, for Caccini’s monodic-recitativic style I would use many tempo changes throughout. And embellishments. I would not avoid vibrato throughout. The chords of the accompaniment are very thin on your recording, by the way. Are you using different reverbs for violin and vocals? I think they should sound like performed in the same room. Which violin do you use? I always found it very difficult, stacking Orchestral Tool’s “Miroire”, Fluffy Audio’s “Rinascimento” and Soniccouture’s “Conservatoire collection” brought me acceptable results for a baroque orchestra, but I found them not well suited for solo violins. It’s all so delicate, and I’m used to writing Prog Metal…
Good to know. Thanks for the information. Have you uploaded any MIDI recordings using those apps that you mentioned? Also, I did add a touch of vibrato to the Natalie voice but I kept it subtle not knowing what to expect. Also, you are correct in saying that the voice and instruments have different sound effects qualities. The instruments sounded too tinny and artificial when I apply the same echo and reverb as the voices. I need to work on that
No, I haven’t. I’ve tried this and that and only kept recordings of some old “style exercises”, an orchestral overture and a trio sonata, just for myself, when I started using VSTi plugins four years ago. So the quality isn’t very good. Is it possible to send them via this platform here? I only found the icon for adding images.
