I’m having trouble upgrading the Solaria voice to version 2.
I successfully upgraded Studio to V2, but when I enter the code to upgrade the voice, Solaria is not listed as an option. Why is that?
Further down the page, there is a button to upgrade Solaria, but it redirects me to the Eclipse Sound page, where I’m asked to pay again.
Could you help me?

No, I am trying to add the product number for voice upgrade through the web product manager.
It might be due to a simple delay. I say this because yesterday I successfully downloaded all the voicebanks, but I have to wait for all the voicebanks from Eclipsedsounds. Or your “add product” code activation did not work. You can create a support ticket for that.
I just saw your screenshots and the Solaria item would be a new Solaria 2 item after you enter your Voice Bank Upgrade Activation Code that you received after purchasing it.
When I try to add product and put the Activation Code for voice upgrade, I have only Mai as a choice.
Sounds like you purchased the voice upgrade from Dreamtonics and it’s only for Dreamtonic voicebanks II. Eclipsed Sounds have their own upgrade offer as do Audiologie for JUN II (Noa Hex II, Anri II to follow).
I hope that makes sense. If you purchased this in error - talk to Dreamtonics about a refund.
You have to apply the original activation code for Solaria (1st version) first, then you can enter the new activation code for V2 & it will show up in your products list. At least I think that is the issue you are having.
