Well, I have paid for the upgrade to V2 of Synthesizer V Pro 2, as well as upgrades to Hayden and Solaria.
After receiving my confirmation email with the product activation codes…
I go to the my.dreamtonics.com ‘Product Manager’ where the fields for activation have fewer spaces than the actual product codes.
I am further told that I have to register my V1 products.
I find the email with those V1 product activation codes…
I enter the first one in and it is of course rejected.
I am referred to the manual that states exactly what I just did!
So, after previously reading the steps for upgrade BEFORE attempting the ACTUAL upgrade, I am referred back to those same steps…
Now, I am forced to plead with the forum!
This is ridiculous, and a mess.
I find documentation that says I do not have to register the original V1 products and I find then that the Product Manager says I do! This before I can upgrade what I have already paid for.
What a mess.
So now I have NOTHING but poor and I mean POOR steps to “REGISTER’ my product even though there is no such word “register” on the Product Manager web interface.
What a MESS, I think it needs to be repeated.
So would any of you kind people like to provide a step-by-step (written at the 3rd grade level) approach to updating as the actual manual appears to be incorrect and therefore useless unless one is on their initial purchase.

I realized that cut and paste added 4 characters instead of 5 in each of the 5 license key text boxes.
After following those specifics, I have the ‘My Products’ page and used the ‘Add Product’ to add the original license keys for Synth V Pro V1 and two voices.
This allowed me to download each of those.
I am offered to upgrade Mai whom I never chose…?
I was going to try Liam but do not yet have the choice?
In all of this, Version 2 was downloaded and I get only Version 1! This is an absurd waste of time.
Tried again by going to the ‘My Products’ page, seeing "Synthesizer V Studio Pro V1.11.2”
I selected ‘Select for Upgrade’ which was bright green. It turned to a not selectable button.
I went to the button ‘Apply Upgrade’ . I clicked it and I get "Error Invalid selected products”
So, is the server not updating? This is pretty sad!
Seems I went to the old account and not to my.dreamtonics.com as directed.
I now have the version 2 upgrade installed and off-line activated. I chose Liam as the ‘free’ voice.
However, I also chose to pay for two additional voices along with the upgrade, thinking that both Solaria and Hayden would be listed once I completed the registration.
Only Hayden was listed.
I went to Eclipsed Sound and paid for the Version 2 upgrade of Solaria.
So now I have paid an extra $20 beyond paying for 2 additional voice upgrades.
Since I upgraded Hayden to V2, I am left with only Mia? and I do not want this voice. I have asked the ‘team’ if they would honor the $20 paid and allow me to use MoXu instead… stay tuned
I did something similar by buying one more upgrade than I needed. I contacted Dreamtonics and they acted speedily after the initial delay of approx 24hrs. The solution was a little clunky but it all worked out very quickly.
