Hello All.
I purchased SV Studio Pro v1 from a third party reseller called DLSite and got what appears to be three legit serial numbers. The app and plugin are working fine. Now that Dreamtonics seems to be moving in the direction of having everything tied to a user account on their site, I can’t seem to figure out how to tie my serial numbers to my account on the Dreamtonics store. There doesn’t seem to be a way or place to do that. I plan to upgrade to v2 so I am assuming this will be required somehow. Anyone have thoughts or suggestions on this?

If you log in to your Dreamtonics account you should see a ‘My Products’ section and above right there is a bright green ‘Add Product’ button. I had to add my Eclipsed soundbanks in there before being able to buy the V2 upgrade, so it should work for you

Thanks - I was actually looking on the Dreamtonics store account, not the actual company site - my bad! you have to do this on the company site.
All good now! appreciate the help.
Good stuff. I wouldn’t have known to register my software in the account if I hadn’t been going through the V2 upgrade path.
Overly complicated procedure until you get the gist of it!
