Redeem Voice Upgrade for Natalie 2

Hey, I boght Upgrade for Synth V 2 and one voice 2 in March.

I updated Synth V1 to vers 2. Worked fine. When I now want to redeem the voice Upgrade in Synth 2 I can only choose from Liam, Mai 2 an Mo Xu but not Natalie.
Natalie 1 was my only purchased voice in Synth V 1. I tried it before I installed Natalie 1 and after I installed Natalie 1 in Synth 2. Same result.

Any advices how to update Natalie? Thanks for helping

Just to clarify:-

I can see Natalie v109 is there, you have selected “Add Product” and entered the Natalie 2 upgrade serial number…

Is there any message at that point?

I selected “Add Product” and entered the serial number for an upgrade of one voice (Serial Number is not specific for Natalie 2 but for a voice of my choice wich I alraedy have in vers 1). Then I got “Complimentary Voice for Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro” in the list of my products to redeem. When try to redeem I only get the choice of the three voices mentioned above, but not Natalie.

The offer was for the upgrade for Synth V and one Voice of my choice

Natalie isn’t one of the voices included in the ‘Complementary Voice Of Your Choice’ part of the upgrade, just the three you mentioned.

Upgrades for existing V1 voices is a different thing - and that depends on where you bought the voice from.

Others on here will be able to advise you about the Dreamtonics upgrade options. For me, I only had two from Eclipsed Sounds and that was a separate upgrade offer.

To upgrade Natalie, you gotta purchase one of the Synthesizer V Voice Upgrades. It’s currently $19 for 1 Voicebank while after the 20th I think it goes up to $29 for 1 voice.

Problem solved for me.

For some reason I could not enter the activation code for the upgrade inside Synth V 2 Product Manager with the “Add Product” Button. I first had to activate it via webpages “Add Product” procedur. After that, the trial version of Natalie 2 was registered inside Synth V 2. It little bit confusing, However, now it works.
