Pre-Ordered V2 Update - But Can not Download it

I did the pre-order. Your website says that the downloads are available “Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro is now available for trial, download,” , but they are not. It gives me the option to buy an upgrade or download version one.

Have you received an activation code by email from Dreamtonics.
If yes, have you clicked to the button “Add Product” and entering the activation code?
If yes have you refreshing you browser (Alt F5) to force web update?
Have you checked the filter top menu “My products”, “All products” to see if there is something new.
If not you can create a ticket to the support directly:

The activation codes were entered that I received for version one. I have a receipt for version two and no new codes. Here’s a video you can see for what I see.

That’s the issue! Ask the support directly for this. You need the corresponding activation code of your purchase. Check also your spam mail box.

UPADTE- I got it worked out.
It’s a Little confusing, but I found the codes for version two in my email.

I have the same problem and still don’t understand how to get my preordered upgrade…
Can somebody tell how to get it!

  1. Add your v1 registration to your my.dreamtonics account.
  2. Add your v2 registration to your my.dreamtonics account.
  3. Download v2 from your my.dreamtonics account.
