It is really quite incredible. I purchased Vocoflex and went through the whole identify verification. I never received my download links. I put in a support tickets and received an apology email that Dreamtonics is busy. It has been nearly a month since purchase and I still do not have access to Vocoflex. This is not a good look for customer support, even with a new product coming out.

I know this is going to sound obvious…
Have you checked your spam folder? Are you sure you’ve done everything required to get verified, did you send your communications to the right email? Is there a step you need to take they are waiting on?
And yes, they are incredibly busy at the moment - but one month??? does sound excessive…
Check everything is okay and ask again - let them know you’re still waiting.
Yes, on my side, every time they replied, I saw their message in my spam box.

Thank you for your suggestions but the replies were not in my spam folder. I did receive a response from Customer Support after posting this and was able to download Vocoflex.
