Pitch range of voices

I was wondering if there is - or if anyone has created - a list of the ranges of the voices. I know this might be slightly subjective but it would be a great help in selecting voices and writing for them
Emvoice gives a ‘preferred’ range which is the voice’s core strenth but you can go outside this a little although with possibly less realistic results.
