I can’t tell Sardinian from Italian, and it doesn’t really matter. I listen to them because the song caresses me…

Sardinian is very different from italian.
Some may say it sounds like Spanish, but it’s also different from it.
It’s a language for itself…

Allrighty then… I would like to try doing a tune in Dutch. Do you have some (general) localization how-to information or URL for noobs (me) in these matters? Greatly appreciated! Cheers and have an EPIC weekend!

That’s a great idea!

You have the right pronunciation in your head, so listen carefully to the phonemes that you can pick and place them in the respective notes so the sentence sounds right. That’s my advice

Thanks! I’ll give it a try.

I generally start with the English phonemes and occasionally insert Spanish short vowels. Here is an example of an old Flemish song that has most of the sounds of modern Dutch.

I have never heard of Sardinian before, but it does sound nice, I like your song.
I like to listen to songs in foreign languages. Even when I don’t understand a word of it, my brain processes the vocals as a highly sophisticated and versatile musical instrument.
