Here’s the story:
I first created an account using my email: we’ll call it xxlytesidexx. I then used my PayPal address of the same email to purchase synthesizer v1
Later that month, I bought extra voices with the same account email, but a different PayPal email (lyte) for business reasons. Here’s where the trouble begins…
Even though I was logged in to my xxlytesidexx email, Dreamtonics forced the products to be registered to lyte.
I emailed Dreamtonics and explained the mistake. They said there was nothing they could do to merge the accounts, so I created a SECOND account to get my products.
Now it gets worse…
Not having synthesizer 1 on my lyte@email account, I logged into my xxlytesidexx@email.com to upgrade my v1 to v2 preorder. I used my business email (lyte@email.com)
Now, they’ve refunded me the amount for “other reason” probably because they can’t find the account that my V1 was registered to, I’m assuming again because their registration system is messed up. I’ve lost the deal now, because even if I were to go upgrade my xxlytesidexx account with my non business email, it wouldn’t give me the pre order discount.
Really baffled at this registration and payment process. On top of that, I now don’t even see my V1 product in my xxlytesidexx account.
Any help to get this resolved would be great
