I’m pretty satisfied with Kevin and Liam as tenor and baritone.
Hayden, not so much. I use him as a second tenor, but he’s got no depth.
I’m looking for voices that would do well in a stage musical, not pop music. Perhaps there are ways to “massage” a voice. I’ve tried adding Gender, Power and other parameters, but no real progress. A stage musical actor trying to sing a romantic song, for instance, is not very much like a boy band singer.
Are there other purveyors of voices beyond Dreamtonics and Eclipsed Sounds?
Saros sounds pretty good, though still a pit “pop”. Also Solaria has some power. (Asterian is fantastic for a bass, but I have less need. Galena is astonishing, but might be hard to match her with less operatic voices).
Any suggestions, either as to voices or to the adjustments you’ve found useful in tweaking voices is most welcome.

I disagree with your characterization of Hayden. He has got a nice range of timbres, but you need to exploit his higher register to get him out of the husky low end. I think he’s better than Saros.
Felicia is a very versatile voice - she even has musical theatre and operatic vocal modes. Better at the louder end than the very quiet, but really versatile and you can inject a nice bit of drama into her voice. This would be my choice out of all of them, for pop or musical theatre.
I like Sheena too, but you might find a bit too much of an accent, and she’s a bit soft for a full belt. Wonderful for ballads and emotional songs.
They all have lots of tools with Parameters and Vocal Modes. I used to find that the Tension and Breathiness parameters were all that I needed once I’d found a vocal character in my initial settings (which usually include gender and all available vocal modes), but in version 2, I find that vocal mode modulation during a performance is much more valuable than it was in version 1, and unless I was unsure on what voice I was going to use, I would use vocal modes to get most of the emotion from them. If I don’t know what my final vocalist is going to be, using tension and breathiness means my modulations will work for any singer, which is obviously not the case for vocal modes.

Thinking out of the box, for a theatrical voice that is good in the low register, almost as low as Asterian but with a totally different character, I will suggest Frimomen. Unfortunatelly, it has not been updated to V2 so far
