Looking for extra voice suggestions

I’m looking to expand my voice catalog, so here’s a two-part question:

  1. Are the “non-English” voices capable of doing English?
  2. If so, which ones would you recommend? I’ve got a couple sopranos, couple tenors, couple bass, so I mainly need an alternate alto.

I have Natalie and Cong Zheng as altos and also Nyl as contra alto. I’m not a native English speaker, so I can’t judge the pronunciation, but there are plenty of demo videos.

Sheena would be my choice, but it kind of depends what style. She’s Japanese, but her English pronunciation is excellent.
