Is anyone else having trouble getting what was purchased on the Dreamtonics store?

Today is the 11th Day since I bought a Bundle on the Dreamtonics Store and did not receive all the purchased items. Most of them were still not delivered till now.

The announced Bundle has VOCOFLEX, Synthesizer V 2 PRO and one voice. So, I added one more voice on the purchase.

Is anyone else having this same Problem?

Problem solved, properly.

I tried to delete my post but I just couldn’t find a delete button.
If someone knows how to delete a post I will be glad to learn it!

How it was resolved: A Dreamtonics team member politely clarified that there was a complex item in my request.

Let me explain: I have two machines.
I had purchased a Vocoflex bundle to my first machine and a new Synthesizer V license for a second machine.

I already had a Synthesizer V license on my first machine, which is the upgrade version from V1 to V2.

I wanted to keep this license on my machine because it was already installed, activated and working and just change the default voice (which came with it) to the second machine.

However, this voice was linked to the license of the first Synthesizer V, so it would not be possible to transfer just the voice.

So I transferred this voice and V1 of Synthesizer V to the second machine and everything worked out fine.

I must say that

  1. I live in Brazil, 12 hours away from Tokyo and the communications were done in different days: when I asked it was day in Brazil but night in Japan, so they read at the next day. When they answered, at the next day or later, I read it at the next day and so on.
  2. I placed my purchase order exactly on GOLDEN WEEK, when companies in Japan and the region are all on holiday.

Well, IT WAS resolved, until I finally received the purchased voices and was able to test Vocoflex, two days ago.
But… VOCOFLEX had no sound.

I tested it in every way and at every time I opened it, the system asked for its activation numbers. After countless attempts, for several hours, I gave up.

The next day I decided to uninstall VOCOFLEX, restart the machine and reinstall it.
What a surprise, when I accessed my Dreamtonics account, there was NO VOCOFLEX in it anymore. How strange it is!

I requested then the reactivation of its code, maybe this will put VOCOFLEX back in my account again so I can install it.

In short, I still haven’t been able to fully test the purchase I made on May 4th, 16 days ago.
