I can't open Synthesizer V2 in Mac Pro 5.1 with High Sierra OS

I have a MacPro with OS 10.13. 6 (High Sierra) where Synthesizer Pro version 1 works perfectly. I installed the update to the new version 2 but I can’t open the program either in standalone mode or within another DAW (Reaper or Logic). I’ve tried installing the program on a Windows PC and I have no problems. On Windows, I can activate my license, but on a Mac it’s impossible because the program never opens at all. I’ve installed and uninstalled the program several times, but I haven’t been able to get it to work. I understand that the program is compatible with this OS version, right? At least that’s what is indicated on the Deeamtonics website. Does my problem occur to other users of this OS on Mac? Thank you very much for your help

Mac OS 10.14 Mojave here. Crashes on startup. If I find the application and Show Package Contents, then start the file /MacOS/synthv-studio, it attempts to run it with Terminal. This is what it says:

Me too. I managed to download V2 fine but I can’t open it for some reason. I’m using Mac OS 11.3.1.

Me too.
I am running [SV2-2.0.1] on macOS Big Sur 11.7.10.
Currently, the overall situation is as follows:

  • SV2 Standalone mode : Crashes on startup – the program fails to launch, and the title screen flashes briefly before disappearing.
  • Ableton Live 11 Standard : SV2 crashes Ableton entirely, causing it to exit.
  • Pro Tools Studio : The SV2 AAX reaches the logging screen, and once a new window appears, the AAX crashes.

Currently, Dreamtonics makes my dream crash x 3.

In version 2.0.2, the startup problem is resolved.

Start up in MAC OS High Sierra is solved, but there is a big problem with the product manager, is impossible to log in and for this reason is impossible to download the voices

Yes, same problem here. Dreamtonics support emailed me to say I need Safari 14, but this was only briefly available back in 2020 and it is now impossible to upgrade a previous version of Safari. I found a link to the official Apple pkg for Safari 14, but this version just crashes with a segfault, so it’s clearly not the correct version for my system. I’ve not been able to find another solution.
