Hyphenation and Voice-saving

Two ideas for improvements:

First of all, I want to say that SynthV does a terrific job when you let the app figure out pronunciations all by itself. At first, I struggled with the hyphenated words resulting in awful results. Like many I start with a composition tool (like Sibelius or Dorico) to write, and then export MIDI to input to SynthV. The lyrics are naturally hyphenated, as they are in printed scores, so this caused SynthV problems. Now, I rip through in SynthV “de-hyphenate”, and then add in the “+” signs, and voila! Great results in > 90% of the words.
But it occurs to me that SynthV could reverse engineer hyphenated words and do the same thing. Or provide a command that would do it. That would be super cool.

Secondly, now that I have worked up a set of modified voices for reuse (which is particularly helpful when working on a set of songs for a musical; very easy to recall each character’s voice), I am already clogging up the list of voices. Would be nice to have sub folders for storing voice modifications. In my case, these would naturally correspond to different shows, but seems useful in other cases as well.

And that’s my suggestion box entry for the day!
