How to choose another complimentary voice

I chose (as trial) Liam. I need a female voice. I have not REDEEMED Liam, so I would think I should be able to change. But how? I only am offered REDEEM or PURCHASE on the License Panel.

btw, which of the 3 complimentary voices is female and sings English best?

I chose Liam but I also upgraded Mai. However, Mai def does NOT sound English.
