How to "activate" or whatever

I prepurchased SV 2 Pro Studio with 2 additional voices. I received NO notification they were available for download.
I went to Dreamtonics site, logged in, and Product Manager indeed show all these products, plus a Complimentary voice.
I downloaded SV2 Pro Studio. When I run it, it informs me I in a 14 day free trial. WTH? I can’t find anyplace to inform anything that I am not a “free trial” user.
Furthermore, when I attempt to download any of the 3 voices, I get a message that says “Download Hayden 2” (or whatever voice I tried.
I redeemed Liam as complimentary voice, but it doesn’t show up in Editor (when I attempt to Set Voice, Set Voice is grayed out, which I think means there are no voices from which to set)

Is there an activation code somewhere? It was not in the email confirming my purchase.

I did not own V1, this is me dealing with a VERY confusing situation

Try View from menu and then choose License Panel. You should have an option to download and install voices. This is so confusing!!!

That worked. I then downloaded my 3 voices.
However, when I imported a MIDI file, and then tried to Set Voice (Felicia), SV2 just went away. I have a crash file.
is there a bug fix already available? where?

There has been one bug fix release already. Try closing Synth V 2 and then opening it again. You should get a prompt to download the updated.

Ive closed an opened several times, no such prompt.
I only downloaded about a half hour ago. Surely most recent download has fix?
This seems like a genius product with much less than genius support :roll_eyes:

Yeah, I guess you may need to wait for the next bug fix and I’m certain one is in process!

I also never received any notice. The only way I heard about the release was reading the forum digest summary that came in my email.

I still haven’t downloaded anything but looking at all these threads makes me a bit afraid to try it!
