Solved. I asked Deepseek “I have software that should link to a login page but the screen is black. What can I watch if the connection or display depends on my computer? What I know is that it works for others” The first answer was the right one: Built-in Browser/WebView.
Updates the WEBVIEW2 component.
I downloaded from Microsoft, installed WebView2 and it fixed it.
