I’ve just downloaded Synth V pro 2 and I wanted to download some voices however I can’t find the way how to. I’ve opened the license manager and selected the voices I want to download, but I can’t find where I can Initiate the download.
This is a screenshot of the situation. Could someone tell me what to do next?
When you open SV2 you can click the “cloud” icon on the right side. It will open a screen looking almost exactly like this. Except that screen will allow downloading the voice directly into SV2.
I believe what you are describing is the same page I am on right now. I just had it zoomed in.
Can I ask what this page looks like for you? Or what the download process looks like in your application?
Are you on Windows or Mac (might make a difference)?
I have just tried to buy a voice from within SynthV2 (Windoze OS) and click as often as I like, nothing.
In your web browser’s web page version of Product Manager which is what you are showing in screen shots
Select ‘ALL PRODUCTS’ at top of listing and try buying your chosen voice there, it works for me, Stardust whizzed me off to Taobao’s store - that just leaves the Chinese language barrier to overcome.
I’m on windows OS. Also you can see in the top left that the screenshot is not in my browser but in the application itself. The voicebank that I purchased was one of Dreamtronic’s not from another company.
On macOS, it’s a bit different looking. The product manager in the app here has download links directly in there. In your first screenshot, it looked so different I assumed it was web. Seems this might be a Mac vs. Win difference. Since I only have Mac I won’t be able to offer further advice. I hope some other Win people can find this topic and offer some comparable screenshots or advice. Good luck!

My initial thoughts are:
Once you click on a product to download, at the bottom of the popup window is a message saying something like “You have selected ??? to download…” and a green button with the word “Download” next to it to the right.
If you have the latest version installed, have an account where the download will be registered and you still get this truncated window then contact support.
In the SynthV screen I get the option to uninstall anything I have already purchased and registered.
In the webpage screen I get the option to download those products and, as shown in my screenshots, ‘Buy Now’ additional products.
If I remember 100% correctly, having bought a new voice you still have to “Add Product” when you are sent its key, certainly for non-Dreamtonics voices I do.
I referred to Stardust Minus as that is a voice I have not yet purchased - Taobao is a pain to use!
@Bobox I assume you already own all the products you have an option to download
I do - but you can also download trial versions - they will be listed with that option.
I loaded up SV2 right now and everything works now. I have no clue what could’ve changed since I last opened it but the UI is now similar to your screenshots. Thanks for the help!
