I’ve got a bit of a problem. I have purchased the upgrade to synthesiser V, but I cannot find the link to download. The only thing I can find is a download of a trial and when I download that product there is no option to enter my license key. Can anyone help me?

Normally you have a button at the top “add a product” in the website:

No when I log into my account, I have no downloads whatsoever. The only thing I have is an email containing the license key.

I am not having a good day today.
When I add a new product and enter the license scheme, it says that my license key does not exist.
I’ve emailed the support to see if they can help out
If you purchased the upgrade, check carefully the email: it says that you, via the Add button, first add your existing products (by the codes in the emails), then the upgrade code. So you have to manually enter your Synth V 1 code number. After that, I entered my upgrade number and it showed a download button for Synth V 2. Voices from within the program
I did that, and I can’t download the update -
oh no, you don’t have to push the “upgrade to v2” button, you have to push the “Add product” button up right, and enter the codes you received by email for the upgrade - that’s only for Synth V2. For all the voices you do the same but inside Synth V2, at the cloud tab
