Can't install v1 nor v2 voices in Synth V2

Apart from the trial voices installed along with the sample project, I can’t add any of my V1 voices nor download any v2 voices to Synth V2. Whenever I click the download button in My Product page inside V2Pro, the button turned into “Selected For Download” with no actual way of starting the downloads. Also, dragging V1 voices into Synth V2 won’t install the voice. Double-clicking the V1 voice will launch Synth V1 even though I manually choose V2 to Open With in windows 11.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Synth V2.02 to no avail.
Please help!!!

Normally “Selected For Download” is for selected multiple voicebanks and below (using the mouse wheel) on the bottom page a new button is displayed to download all selected voicebanks.

Finally resolved my problem. The download button was way out of the dialogue box in Synth V. I did a control scroll on my mouse to zoom out of the UI and found the download button.
The Dreamtonics UI designers did not include scrollbar nor allow users to resize the cloud/MyProduct window to help users realize parts of the UI is hidden.

This is not working for me - the UI (which is quite annoying) is wanting me to purchase all of the voices when I had pre-ordered a 6 voice upgrade bundle - none of the V1 voices are available in V2.

Let me be more specific, if I enter in the bundle code I only get Dreamtronics voices and this error message when I click apply upgrade

no V1 voices

Have you clicked on the “Apply Upgrade” button below as shown in your screenshot?
Make sure you click the Add Product button to enter the serial codes of the V1 voicebanks you owned first - like you did for Felicia, Natalie and Kelvin. Only then will the v2 versions of your Dreamtonics v1 voices will appear for download when you click “Apply Upgrade”.

Yes, when I click that button I get the error message displayed

Could you try to add them via Dreamtonics’ site instead? (my.dreamtonics.com)

I see that you were successful upgrading Mai (since it comes free with your synth V1). To also include V1 voices, you need to click the Download button on them to also add them to this list.

The message below should not be “5/99 upgradeable products selected”. It should read “You have selected 5 products to download”.

The upgrade bundle are vendor specific i.e. upgrade bundle purchase for Eclipsedsounds do not upgrade Dreamtonics voices.

I bought the pre-order 6 voice upgrade - you are saying that does not work for all the voices I have?

I have tried the dreamtronics ste but will try again.

It is perplexing to me that Dreamtronics doesn’t keep a record of my purchased items on their site - almost every company does that.

when I try on the website it wants me to pay again

That is not on me - the site is doing that ever since I put in my code for any number of voices upgrade.

Try to start the application Synthesizer V 2 and click on the cloud button.
Voicebanks installation is only available inside the V2 application.

From what I see, I think you have not click on the “Add Product” button to input the serial codes of all your existing voicebanks, one by one. (Dreamtonics doesn’t have a record of the voices you already own, but Synth V2 is attempting streamline all voices from various vendors to the same cloud interface.)

After entering these information, then you enter the upgrade bundle serial code via Add Product button again. Following that you could select the voices (V1 & V2) you wish to download to Synth V2.

I did not have the voices listed until I entered in the V1 purchase serials. So I know that I entered them

I did enter the bundle serial and that is were the error message occurs

It seems to me the message suggested that the serial code was not for upgrade Dreamtonics voicebanks.

Yes, that is how I get to this screen

And when I click apply upgrade I get this error message

Sorry Chris, don’t think I am of help. Have you emailed support@dreamtonics.com?

I have not emailed them yet.

I emailed them on 21 Mar and only received reply some hours ago.
