I payed for the synth update and got it when it was released. I saw the redeem option on my account page and I redeemed one of 2 free voicebanks pressing the Redeem button placed next to the voicebank (there were 3 voicebanks to pick up from). After that the redeem option desappeared and I cannot get another promised voiceband. The support replied that “Complementary voices can only be redeemed once. Once you make a selection the others are removed from selection.” There was no warning about such rules, and I dont remember there was a way to select 2 voicebanks at once. So how can I get the second promised voicebank?

You only get one from a choice of 3.
As I remember this info was on their website on 1st of May when they announced the release, but I it looks I was wrong. Thank you for your replies!
