It´s not possible for me to activate my Synthesizer V Version 2.
In the app the window with “Waiting for login action… Please check your browser.” appears. After pressing the “Log In” button there Safari opens, a LogIn screen appears there but after after filling in the login data, allowing the browser to access my mac and pressing “Log In” there nothing happens. The same with using filezilla.
Any help is very aprreciated!
I am having the same problem. It opened Google chrome despite I am on Internet Explorer. At this moment I could not go further “Wating for login action”. I also copy and paste the address when pushed the “Log in” button and pasted on Internet Explorer and nothing happens.
I also opened my Dreamtonics session as user with my credentials, but the “Log in” never reaches or uses the open Dreamtonics session. It ignores.
About a week ago I wrote to their support but didn`t get an answer. May you also write them…
Issue solved with help from the support:
"The cause was that Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro failed to save the license file, likely due to permission issues.
While the log does not tell us what initially caused the permission issues, you can execute the following commands in the terminal to fix it:
sudo mkdir -p ~/Library/Application\ Support/Dreamtonics/Synthesizer\ V\ Studio\ 2/
sudo chown -R $(whoami) ~/Library/Application\ Support/Dreamtonics/Synthesizer\ V\ Studio\ 2/
