Audio to vocal track question - how to edit imported track?

Hi All - when I sing a track and then import it in standalone Synth V to a extract notes for a vocal track with phonetics I sometimes end up with a synth V track that I cannot seem to edit. I try the disband and disassociate group but I cannot access the lyrics to make corrections.

Is this an issue for anyone else and are there any suggestions?

To me this is a powerful aspect of synth V studio as I can change my poor voice into something respectable.

It should be just simply double clicking on the note to edit it. What happens when you double click on it?
